The Supply Side Ad Operations Coordinator will be managing, organizing, and optimizing publisher supply channels within Impaktu’s digital video network.

Impaktu is hiring for a newly defined role at our Mexico City office. The Supply Side Ad Operations (Ad Ops) Coordinator will be responsible for the technical implementation, performance optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting for multiple publisher clients within our network. You will work collaboratively with various team members and groups across different countries to address and resolve any and all supply side issues in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and comfortable maintaining structure in a high-pressure environment. Experience in technical troubleshooting, 3rd party ad technology vendors, campaign trafficking, optimization, and reporting, are a plus.

Key responsibilities


  • Collaborate with Supply team to onboard new publishers.

  • Assist in the technical aspects of supply source integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary technical guidance to the publisher.

  • Oversee and analyze publisher inventory across LatAm and US and perform quality assurance of publisher inventory, including both display and video ads.

  • Communicate with Supply and Ad Ops teams to ensure both publisher and advertiser KPIs are met.

  • Resolve issues that arise including reporting discrepancies, blacklisting, and fill rate requirements.

  • Provide recommendations for optimizing publisher results and increasing revenue.

  • Follow Ad Ops and Supply team workflows and guidelines in order to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Regular and ad hoc reporting.

What you will need


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills (English).

  • Strong analytical skills including proficiency in Excel.

  • Superior attention to detail. It's second nature to double-check, proof read, and follow procedures precisely.

  • Organizational agility. You keep track of your tasks at all times, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills. You are able to identify issues of any kind and eager to find their solutions by using data, researching, or finding the right person to talk to.

  • Accountability. You take ownership of your responsibilities and always follow through in a timely manner.

  • Self-motivated: You are comfortable working independently and as part of a larger team.

  • Interest and desire to work in digital video advertising/ad tech.

Also desired but not a must


  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, XML

  • Knowledge of (mobile/video) ad serving technologies and the online advertising industry.
